👋🏻 – How does it feel to join Order Nordic?
💼 – It feels really great! Even in earlier contacts with Order Nordic, I got the sense of a warm and welcoming company – and that has only been reinforced now as I start this new journey. When the opportunity came along, it just felt too exciting to turn down. I was drawn to the combination of a clear strategy, a strong brand, and a culture where you can truly make a difference. What has struck me most so far is the sense that we’re genuinely moving forward together. That team spirit was a big reason why my gut said “yes.” I also think Order Nordic has an exciting market position and a forward-leaning, professional culture. And being welcomed by cheerful, laughing colleagues certainly doesn’t hurt either!
👋🏻 – Tell us a bit about yourself!
💼 – I’m a 48-year-old from Halland who, after studies and some international adventures, found my way back to Falkenberg, where I’ve lived with my wife and our two teenage daughters for 15 years. Outside of work you’ll often find me at the stables, on the tennis court, in the ski slopes, or out in the forest. Professionally, I’ve mainly worked in telecom – with distributors, manufacturers, and retailers – which has given me valuable experience from both the purchasing and sales side. That “two-sided” perspective is something I believe will be very important going forward. For the past eight years I’ve had the privilege of working at GP Batteries in the Nordics as Sales Director, where I’ve been part of an inspiring growth journey – both for the company and for myself.
👋🏻 – What drives you in your work?
💼 – My biggest motivation is creating results together with others. I’m energized by building strong teams, seeing colleagues grow, and reaching ambitious goals side by side. For me, the magic happens in the mix of business development and personal development. I also believe strongly in the relational side of business – it’s absolutely crucial. I’m just as interested in how you’re doing personally as I am in discussing numbers and growth in our shared business. I’m passionate about taking Order Nordic to the next level by setting clear goals while also nurturing a culture where people feel proud and engaged. My vision is that we not only reach our sales targets, but also continue to be a workplace where people truly enjoy being and want to stay.
