Transcend 110S PCIe M.2 SSD 1 TB
Transcend’s 110S PCIe SSD utilises the PCI Express® Gen3 x4 interface, which is supported by the latest NVMe™ standard. The PCIe SSD 110S is designed for advanced applications, such as digital audio/video production, gaming and enterprise use, which require constant processing of system-intensive tasks without system lag or delays of any kind. The PCIe SSD 110S is powered by 3D NAND flash memory and delivers not only fast transfer speeds but also unrivalled reliability.
Impressive performance for advanced applications
Transcend’s PCIe SSD 110S complies with NVMe 1.3 and utilises the PCIe™ Gen3 x4 interface, meaning that four lanes are used to send and receive data simultaneously, resulting in impressive performance of up to 1,700 MB/s read and 1,400 MB/s write speeds.
Note: Performance is based on CrystalDiskMark v5.0.2.
The PCIe interface
PCIe (or PCI Express®) is a much faster interface than SATA (or Serial ATA) for connecting a host computer to solid-state storage devices via one or more lanes, each consisting of a transmit and a receive serial interface, meaning it is better able to meet new performance requirements.
The NVMe standard
NVMe (or NVM Express®) is a host controller interface standard designed to meet the needs of enterprise and client applications utilising PCI Express-based solid-state storage. NVMe requires better performance metrics than AHCI (Advanced Host Controller Interface), including scalable bandwidth, increased IOPS and low latency.
Better endurance, higher reliability
Transcend’s PCIe SSD 110S is engineered with LDPC (Low-Density Parity Check) coding, a powerful ECC algorithm, to keep data secure. The PCIe SSD 110S is manufactured using high-quality NAND flash chips and features a built-in dynamic thermal throttling mechanism, ensuring superior endurance and stability for advanced applications.
Transcend SSD Scope software
To keep your Transcend SSD running fast and error-free, Transcend’s SSD Scope software is available as a free download. Monitor your SSD’s health status using S.M.A.R.T. technology, enable the TRIM command for optimal write speeds, keep your SSD’s firmware up to date, and migrate data from your original drive to a new SSD with just a few clicks.
Guaranteed quality
To ensure the highest level of quality, Transcend SSDs undergo rigorous testing at every stage of production, including tests for vibration, temperature and humidity, speed and functionality.
