Our whistleblowing service
Whistleblowing provides an opportunity to report suspicions of misconduct; anything that is not in line with our values and policies. Our whistleblowing service is an early warning system to reduce risks. It is an important tool to foster high ethical standards and maintaining customer and public confidence in us.
When to blow the whistle?
The whistleblowing service can be used to alert us about serious risks affecting individuals, our company/organisation, the society or the environment. The processing may only refer to data about serious improprieties concerning:
- accounting, internal accounting controls, auditing matters, fight against bribery, banking- and financial crime, or
- other serious improprieties concerning the company’s or the group’s vital interests or the life or health of individual persons, as for instance serious environmental crimes, major deficiencies that regard the security at the place of work and very serious forms of discrimination or harassments.
You do not need proof of your suspicions, but all messages must be made in good faith.
Who can report suspicion?
The reporting channel can be used by all our employees regardless of their form of employment. Even customers, suppliers and other stakeholders who wish to report a suspicion are free to do so.
There are different ways to raise a concern:

Your message will be securely handled
The whistleblowing service is provided by an external partner WhistleB, to ensure anonymity. The communication channel is encrypted and password-protected. All messages will be processed in confidence.

The Reporting channel can be reached on any device, including smart phones. We recommend employees to access the channel from a devise not connected to our network.
How to report other matters?
Other matters such as disputes, errors, complaints, dissatisfaction with salary etc. should not be reported via this system. These matters should mainly be notified to a superior, or in such a way that Order Nordics policies, guidelines and routines describe.

WhistleB does not track IP addresses or other data that could identify a person sending a message. Messages are encrypted and can only be decrypted by designated individuals. WhistleB cannot decrypt and read messages.”
