The DP-UB450 is a compact Ultra HD Blu-ray player that gives you everything you need for your home cinema. The built-in 4K scaler upscales lower resolution image sources to 4K so that you always get the best out of your UHD TV.

The built-in network function also allows you to play music and watch photos, videos and HD movies from your computer or a network hard drive - of course with full remote control. You can also play these media from standard USB sticks and hard drives.

Extra HDMI audio output for particularly flexible possibilities
There is also an additional HDMI output for audio. This gives you more options to create a set-up that suits your needs. For example, you can send image and sound directly to the TV via HDMI, while connecting the HDMI audio to the receiver. This way, you don't necessarily have to start the system every time, and it can be handy late at night or if the children are going to use the player.

You can also send video and audio separately to your projector or your home theater receiver, and if you have a slightly older receiver without HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2, you can use the additional output to get a true 4K image on the TV and still have HD audio on the system. This can otherwise lead to problems with the HDMI transmission due to. copy protection.

The DP-UB450 is backward compatible with traditional Blu-ray/DVD movies and CDs, so you can step into the future without completely cutting ties with the past. The DP-UB450 also supports DSD/bitstream if you have downloaded music files in this format.
