    Sous Vide means "under vacuum" and has long been used in restaurants all over the world. By first vacuum-packing meat, fish, chicken or whatever you wish to cook and then immersing them in perfectly tempered water, you can achieve amazing results. Set your Sous Vide to the desired temperature, place it in the container/pot, start the timer and the rest takes care of itself. Since the temperature is perfectly stable, there is no risk of over cooking the food. The temperature stays within an accuracy of +/- 0,1 °C because it circulates the water.

    With a stylish design and smart design, this is a product you will want to use again and again. The display shows the current temperature and how much time remains from the set value. The scroll wheel on the side of the display is used to easily set the desired temperature and time. The clamp on the back allows you to attach the Sous Vide machine to any type of container.
