Prices and Payment
We reserve the right to change prices due to circumstances beyond our control (such as currency fluctuations, increased purchase or manufacturing costs, or increased VAT). Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel orders where the item is obviously incorrectly priced.

Payment terms are indicated at checkout and specified by payment method. Shipping terms are according to the selected shipping method at checkout.
 
Warranties
You have a full warranty on all products you purchase in accordance with applicable law.

Deliveries Delivery methods, conditions, and delivery times vary depending on the type of product and country. For example, a custom-ordered product may take longer to deliver than one that is in stock at the time of order. Normal delivery time for wallpapers is between five days to three weeks.

If the delivery of the item is delayed beyond what has been agreed or beyond what can reasonably be considered normal delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible. This way, we can quickly and easily investigate the cause of the delay.

We use various shipping companies for delivery to you. Delays may occur in their delivery times. We are not responsible for the delivery time once the package has been handed over to the shipping company. We are happy to help you investigate the reason for any delay.

The delivery time is indicated in the shopping cart under the respective shipping method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is specified for each item.

Uncollected Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are not collected within a reasonable time. We are also not responsible for uncollected packages that are returned to us. Uncollected packages returned to us are shipped at your risk, and you are responsible for the shipping cost. Therefore, it is important that you collect a package even if you have changed your mind about your purchase.

If you, as a customer, missed collecting the package but still want the item, you will pay the shipping cost for the second shipment.

Disputes
We always strive for our customers to be satisfied with the products and services we provide. Therefore, it is our principle to first resolve any disagreements by reaching a solution that benefits both parties. If, despite our efforts, this is not achieved, we recommend that you contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) for an independent review. We follow ARN’s recommendations.
