General condition for companies in Sweden and Denmark
Delivery conditions (From 1 June 2023)
For delivery within Sweden to fixed delivery addresses, such as own central warehouse or store:
A fixed shipping and packaging fee of SEK 119.00 is charged on each order. If a single package exceeds the weight of 20 kg, has a measurement on one of the sides that is over 150 cm or that the length plus circumference is over 300 cm and the shipment needs to be sent as piece goods, half pallet or full pallet, a shipping surcharge of SEK 350 is added.
For delivery within Denmark to fixed delivery addresses, such as own central warehouse or store:
A fixed shipping and packaging fee of SEK 149.00 is charged on each order. If a single package exceeds the weight of 20 kg, has a measurement on one of the sides that is over 150 cm or that the length plus circumference is over 300 cm and the shipment needs to be sent as piece goods, half pallet or full pallet, a shipping surcharge of SEK 350 is added.
When delivering to a temporary delivery address (dropshipment) within Sweden and Denmark:
A fixed shipping and packaging fee of SEK 119.00 is charged on each order/shipment. If an individual package exceeds the weight of 20 kg, has a measurement on one of the sides that is over 150 cm or that the length plus circumference is over 300 cm, it will be sent as piece goods, half pallet or full pallet and a shipping surcharge will be added according to the following piece goods = SEK 350, half pallet = SEK 450, full pallet = SEK 550.
Items that were listed as remaining on the original order and are available for delivery are sent together with the next order to the same fixed delivery address. If backlisted products are to be sent separately - contact our customer service to put the product on a new order.
When using a temporary delivery address, you as the customer are responsible for the correct address and mobile number for delivery notification. If problems occur during delivery that result in Order Nordic being charged extra fees, Order Nordic reserves the right to forward these fees to you as a customer.
For uncollected packages that are returned to us, we charge a handling fee of SEK 35 per product + return shipping of SEK 119 + any shipping surcharge corresponding to what was charged upon delivery.
All fees/prices mentioned above are net prices.
Unless otherwise agreed, the above applies.
Payment
After usual credit check with credit insurance, invoice 20 days net. Late payment interest is charged at 8% + the Riksbank's reference rate per month.
Prices
All prices are stated excluding VAT, with the exception of Rec. prices which are stated including VAT. Prices shown are subject to change without prior notice. Order Nordic reserves the right for printing errors, such printing errors are not binding for Order Nordic.
Missing or damaged goods
If the number of parcels with the delivery note or waybill does not match, this must be reported to the carrier before the shipping document is acknowledged, the same procedure in case of damage to the shipment. Notification of wrong delivery must be made via our website within 7 working days of receipt of delivery.
Returns
Returns are only accepted in the event of incorrect delivery. Before an item is returned, a notification of wrong delivery must always be made to obtain a return number. A return number is valid for a maximum of 2 weeks. Goods returned must be unused in original packaging and in undamaged condition. However, the return is only approved when we have checked the item. Returns that take place later than 2 weeks after receipt are not accepted.
Warranties/RMA/DOA
If a warranty has been provided by the manufacturer/brand, the buyer has the rights provided in this warranty commitment. For the fulfillment of this warranty commitment, reference is made to the respective service partner found under Service & Support. In the above cases, Order Nordic is not responsible for errors or defects in the products.
Procedures for complaints and DOA cases can be found under the Service & Support information page. In the case of complaints where Order Nordic is a service partner, a complaint application must be made under Application for RMA to obtain an RMA number. However, the complaint is only approved when we have checked the product. An RMA number is valid for a maximum of 2 weeks. Any return of defective products is carried out according to the procedures specified under Service & Support. In the case of a return where it is found that the item is not defective, a test fee of SEK 300 per item is charged. The products are sent back at the customer's own expense.
